I missed my babies. I am so glad to have them back home with me. I passionately traveled all over the midwest states to get these step boards. They have been gone for over two years free of charge. My boards has blessed alot of people from DeWitt to where the Detroit Pistons play basketball at Little Caesars Arena to a elementary school in Southfield. In the Bible, it says that it is more blessed to give than to receive. It was time to get them this past weekend. I put my egos as big as a house on the shelf for two years and waited until it was time to get my blessing. The time has come. I'm way better with a huge ego so it is safe to say that Derry is BACK! Yes, that loud mouth Derry! There is something I want and I'm gonna get what I want! I'm on a mission. I can do anything with faith and a plan. If it is for you, who can be against you? Let's see what happens. It's on.
I met and conquer my fear, REVERSE STRADDLE, BRING IT BACK! I've waited until now to teach it to my class and was I horrible during the song tonight! 😆 See, the way my mind is set up, I am DETERMINED to get it so I stayed after class and did some homework. I kept telling my class to have faith and that it will come in due time. So, I went back to being a student and worked on my craft. Sometimes, you just have to slow it down, turn the music sky high and get lost until you find yourself. Once I got the mechanics right I said to myself, "keep the faith, you can do anything in life." Now, it's easy being a student so the pressure is back on to get it right while instructing next class. A student said that I had it once but I told her I sure wasn't confident. So, when things get hard just relax and stay at it because it will come and when it does make a joyous noise! I love Xtreme Hip Hop! Try it!

The Pharaoh's Club, Mentor2Youth Inc., and Young Men of Purpose fitness event with The Step Professor was a SUCCESS! The kids and organizers had an amazing experience. The kids never stepped before but they are now officially Xtreme hip hop steppers after taking my class. Thank you Shanese Johnson for coming to Jackson all the way from Ypsilanti and letting me work with your kids from your organization. Out of all of the dope and livest instructors out there this lady chose me because she saw something in me from one of many videos I have posted that may help her kids. I didn't know how the class was going to turn out but I'm glad I accepted the challenge and made it happen. Now, all of them want to step weekly.
